Castrol was looking to add to our competition string, but we were also looking for a horse suitable for one of our youth riders. When we saw this mare, we initially dismissed her because of her size, but our attention was brought to her again at a later date. After hearing what a wonderful personality she had, we decided to have our rider fly in to see her for herself.

As soon as Edward saw her, he said right then and there that she was the one. Something about the horse's eye softened the usually quiet and determined boy, and he immediately began explaining all the reasons we should purchase her, before he even got on her back. After the test ride, we knew he had been right all along - the two just clicked.

She has proven herself in the show ring and via embryo transfer as a dam of successful offspring in her colt Idolatrous.
