We are happy that this young mare has been a pleasure to work with, taking after her dam's demeanor. Iconic has moved up to the FEI ** level in international eventing. We are very excited about this young mare's prospects as a future eventing champion, as well as a future mother of more Castrol champs to come. |

U Intrigue*2008 1.61m Oldenburg Mare Another high quality Iron River***** foal on our eventing string, Intrigue has already earned her Special Premium status and is now working her way up into the FEI level eventing circuit. Intrigue is currently listed for sale but we have yet to receive an ideal offer for her. Jean has considered keeping her for our competition string headed to Sweden in 2016 and that may be the case. |

Volstead2008 1.70m Oldenburg Stallion A new face to Castrol's lineup, Volstead is here to lead our efforts towards a 100% sim/created line competition and breeding string. This talented young stallion has the scope and power to take on even very challenging courses, and yet his demeanor maintains for his rider Everette to keep his cool. A very promising young stallion that we are excited to see slotted to lead the Castrol pack in years to come. |

Icator2009 1.68m Oldenburg Gelding This quiet young gelding is such a pleasure to work with, it's hard to find a rider that does not want to have him as their own. Because Anne was seeking a nice young mount that she could work with and really develop into a star. We decided to pair this team up for Icator's quiet nature and Anne's boisterous personality, surely a winning combination. This pair is always happy to congratulate a competitor, but they're also doing it from the top slots in the show. We wish them the best of luck in the upcoming years, and know that they will continue to grow and exceed our expectations. |

Bolstered2009 1.67m Oldenburg Gelding A highly talented young gelding from Castrol's own breeding program. Bolstered has the bravery that has made his sire's show career so successful, and all the performance potential of both sire and dam. His training is coming along very nicely and he is ready to start the 2016 season with a bang. As Jean contemplates which horses should go back to Sweden to campaign for the 2016 season, Bolstered is at the top of that list. His sire just earned his A Premium Rating at the SISF evaluations in 2015, coming short of Elite status only by a few placements. We look forward to Bolstered proving to the SISF team that Castrol's program can and does work, generation after generation. |
