Quiet and willing, Zarnoch's Final Jam is an eager to please and capable gelding that gives his all at each opportunity, so long as his rider is fair and keeps him on tasks that are accomplishable. Shawn can tell when the Jam is getting frustrated with a subject he can't grasp, and the gelding can shut down and be rather stubborn if pushed too far. Thankfully Shawn and Jean having an able athlete to work with and those moments are few and far between.
Final Jam will be competing with Castrol's string internationally for the 2016 show season. Like his dam, Jam is a late developer and thus has been brought up slowly through the Dressage ranks, but the staff at Castrol is confident that this year will be a great success for Jam and Shawn. We are also considering for Jam a second youth rider, due to his exceptional demeanor and rock solid capabilities at youth appropriate levels.
