Mare Performance Test

The Mare Performance Test says it's currently open but it also says 2014 so I'm not sure what is accurate
Are we allowed to sign up for it right now?

You can sign up for it, yes. The MPT is much less complicated to score than the SPT so I almost always have it left open. I will be honest though it's kind of down there on the priority list, SPT and finishing up the registry is ahead of that...

And about the 3 horse/month limit, is it in general or per evaluation? (like 1 foal and 2 mares or 3 foals or such - or just 3 foals, 3 mares and 3 stallions per month?) And does the limit apply for the MPT? Sorry for so many questions but I definitely don't want to overwhelm you but I have a bunch of great mares I'd love to have evaluated and performance tested and I'm not sure how I should spread that out to match the regulations

Let's say 3 horses per test (so three mares, three studs, three MPTs, etc.).
